"Hello and Happy Thanksgiving! I'm celebrating later today with friends and family, but as I wait for my pumpkin pie to cool, I have a fun Thanksgiving craft I'm going to do. I'll show you how too!

To start out you'll need a piece of brown paper, a marker, and scissors.

First, with your marker trace around your hand onto the paper.

Doesn't my hand look lovely? :)

Then carefully cut your hand-shape from the paper with your scissors.

Perfect!!

Here comes the fun part...

...Feathers!!! You can find lots of different kinds of feathers at a craft store! I'm using browns for mine!

Once you pick what feathers you like, glue them where the paper fingers are. Can you guess what we're making yet? :)

Use yellow and red paper to make a beak and wattle. Finally, glue on a googly eye and...

...Ta-da! It's a turkey, the perfect decoration for Thanksgiving!!
